The Website is owned and operated by Number One Turf LLC (“Number One Turf,” “we,” “us” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
Website Purpose
The Website provides information about Number One Turf, our artificial turf products and our installation and related outdoor-improvement services. It also allows visitors to contact us, request information and submit quote requests.
Website content is provided for general informational and promotional purposes. It does not constitute a binding proposal, offer, warranty or agreement to perform services.
Quotes and Estimate Requests
You may request an estimate by completing a Website form or contacting us by telephone or email. Submitting a request does not obligate you to purchase services, and it does not obligate Number One Turf to accept a project.
Information provided before a site evaluation may be preliminary. Pricing, scope, materials, scheduling and project requirements are established only through a written proposal or agreement issued by Number One Turf.
A Website form submission, automated confirmation or general discussion does not constitute acceptance of a project.
Project Agreements
Artificial turf installations and other services are governed by the written proposal, contract, warranty documents and other project-specific terms accepted by the customer.
If these Website Terms conflict with an executed project agreement, the executed project agreement controls with respect to that project.
Changes to a project’s scope, materials, price or schedule must be handled according to the applicable project agreement.
Accuracy of Submitted Information
When submitting a quote request or contacting us through the Website, you agree to provide information that is accurate and reasonably complete.

Confirm important product characteristics, current availability and suitability before approving your project. Manufacturer documentation and the written project agreement control over general Website descriptions when differences arise.

The Website may link to or display content from Google, Wix, social media platforms, manufacturers, review services and other third parties.
Number One Turf does not control these outside services and is not responsible for their availability, security, content or privacy practices. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider’s own terms and policies.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Liability relating to an installation or other contracted service is governed by the applicable project agreement and law.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses or expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of the Website, violation of these Terms or infringement of another party’s rights.
This provision does not apply to claims caused by Number One Turf’s own conduct where responsibility cannot lawfully be transferred.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Subject to any rights or procedures that cannot legally be waived, disputes concerning these Terms or the Website will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in the State of Texas.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the greatest extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
No Waiver
A failure by Number One Turf to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce that provision later.
